In July 2023, ecoco made a major announcement at the 116th China National Daily Use Articles Trade Fair, revealing that renowned Chinese actress Tong Liya has become the brand spokesperson. In May 2022, the company’s research and development center relocated to the landmark Jin Fenghuang Square Vanke Office Building in Shunde, China. Later that year, in November, the e-commerce operations center moved to the Zhongjian Chuangke Park office space in Ronggui, Shunde, China.

In July 2021, the company’s three satellite factories relocated to Nantou Town, Zhongshan City, China, covering a total area of approximately 40,000 square meters. In the following month, August, the e-commerce operation center was officially established, completing the operational loop from research and development to retail.

In December 2020, the ‘ecoco Flagship Store’ on Taobao and Tmall was honored as the 2020 Tmall Double 11 Innovative Operator for Storage Gifts. On November 11th, the store achieved a remarkable single-day sales milestone, surpassing 9 million yuan and exceeding its sales goals.

In September 2019, to attract top talent and improve the office setting, ecoco’s Research and Development Center moved from its facility in Dongfeng, eastern China, to the Shunde Ronggui Technology Innovation Center. This relocation marked a significant step towards professionalizing the company’s research and development efforts.

In May 2018, the ‘ecoco Official Flagship Store’ went live on Pinduoduo, enhancing the sales infrastructure to provide consumers with easier access to products and addressing a wide range of user needs.

In June 2017, ecoco moved its operations to the Yongyi Second Industrial District in Dongfeng, China, encompassing a sprawling 8,000 square meters. This strategic relocation was a key advancement towards a professionalized factory setup and established a robust platform for the company’s future expansion.

In May 2016, the ‘Desktop Tissue Holder’ was introduced to the market, with the ‘Bathroom Tissue Holder’ debuting in October. Both products were well-received by consumers, marking the company’s shift in product design from cartoon-inspired to a minimalist style.

In October 2015, the ‘ecoco Official Flagship Store’ went live on JD.com, and by December, it had also launched on Taobao and Tmall. These developments signified a major move for the company towards branded business operations.

In 2014, the company achieved a sales milestone of over 10 million yuan. In July, the ‘Love Apartment’ and ‘Harley Girl’ toiletry sets were introduced to the market, quickly becoming consumer favorites.

On October 5, 2013, the “Love Warrior toiletry set” toiletry set was showcased on the widely-watched Chinese television program ‘Happy Camp.’ It was hailed by well-known Hong Kong singer Chen Xiaodong as the most handy and useful item for stay-at-home guys, and it sparked a enthusiastic reaction across China.

In October 2012, to enhance production capacity, the company relocated to Dafeng Street in Dongfeng Town, China, with a total area of approximately 1,200 square meters. That same year, sales of the “Love Warrior toiletry set” exceeded 200,000 units.

On August 1, 2011, ecoco was founded. In the same year, November saw the successful market launch of its first product, the “Love Warrior toiletry set,” which was honored with the Innovation Design Award from Zhongshan, China.
